    Halloween Costume Contest Rules and Restrictions

    The following are costume restrictions for Halloween that all guests must abide by on Halloween day. Failure to abide by these rules will prohibit entry to cannabis dispensary and lounge.

     

    Costume Restrictions include but are not limited to the following:

    1. Costumes should not include any dangerous accessories or props
    2. No masks or face covering accessories
    3. No face paint
    4. Costume cannot be offensive, controversial or inappropriate

     

    Halloween Costume Contest Rules:

    1. Contestants must register for the contest by 9:45 p.m.
    1. Contest will be hosted on stage area of RFD lounge
    2. Contestants will be presented one by one on stage for amount of 45 seconds
    3. During contest swearing, sexual humor, flashing, extreme political or religious statements or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Contestants engaging in such behavior will be immediately disqualified and removed from the event.
    4. For safety reasons, no running, jumping, or acrobatics. 
    5. Throwing props is not allowed. 
    6. Special penny prize package will be presented shortly after contest to winner for purchase.

     

    Halloween Costume Contest Judging:

    Contest will be for best cannabis themed costume. Winner will be determined by overall creativity and originality in terms of cannabis or cannabis like costume. All guests are encouraged to participate even if costume Is not cannabis based.
